Policies
2nd Amendment & Self Defense
As a life-long firearms enthusiast, instructor, and security professional, I believe every Californian has the inherent right to protect life and defend their home without government interference. My policies will restore and protect those rights by recognizing Constitutional Carry, abolishing firearm registration, and granting full civil immunity to those who lawfully defend themselves or their families. I believe in responsible—not permitted nor licensed—gun ownership. The right to self-defense is a natural right and the foundation of a free and safe society.

Housing Affordability & Property Rights
I believe property ownership should mean full ownership—free from endless taxes, permits, and zoning restrictions. My policies will abolish property taxes, eliminate zoning and permitting schemes, and repeal rent control and CEQA regulations that have strangled California’s housing supply for decades. Every Californian deserves the right to build, live, and create on their own land without government interference. True ownership is the cornerstone of freedom and prosperity.
Family & Family Court
I believe strong families are the foundation of a strong society. California’s family laws should protect truth, fairness, and consent—not reward deceit or exploitation. My policies rebuild trust in family courts by ensuring that parenthood begins with knowledge, not presumption; that both parents share equal reproductive rights; and that false accusations face real accountability. These reforms restore balance, protect children, and make family law serve families again.
Business & Economic Freedom
I believe Californians should be free to work, associate, and build their livelihoods without unnecessary government interference. Today, restrictive policies like minimum wage mandates, mandatory overtime laws, and business permitting schemes limit opportunities, raise costs, and make it harder for people to participate in the economy. My policies will restore economic freedom by allowing employers and employees to negotiate their own terms, removing barriers that slow or block new businesses, and expanding opportunities for workers who want to build experience, earn more, or create something of their own. A free and prosperous California requires trusting people—not politicians—to decide how they work, trade, and grow.
Public Safety
California’s public safety system must be built on readiness, competence, and constitutional restraint—not politics. My background in private security, firearms instruction, and operational readiness has taught me that preparation saves lives, and that those who protect California must be trained, resourced, and mission-focused. We achieve this by recruiting, training, equipping, and deploying the brave and selfless among our communities.
